October flew by so fast, we didn't get a chance to properly welcome you all before now!  There have been a lot of things going on behind the scenes here at QuickRewards.  One new feature we recently implemented is an enhanced email system that allows us to better target mails to your interests.  You can now opt in (or out) of QR emails related to shopping, surveys, or offers.  To see what you're signed up for and make any changes to your mail preferences, simply go to My Account, then Programs & Email Settings.

Another nifty improvement we've just completed is one that, if it works, no one will know about:  code that will balance our site traffic among multiple servers so the site will not get sluggish when there are a lot of members on it at once.  Unfortunately, there are more tweaks to be done to ensure that the instant creditor doesn't bog it down.  We're working on it!

Another feature we're working on -- which will be complete by Black Friday (hopefully the week before) -- is the automated updating of coupon codes!  Right now it's a manual process that's way too time-consuming to be done properly, and we know you need the latest and greatest coupons to make the most of your holiday budget, so this is a big priority for us.
