Project Linus is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit organization established in 1995, which currently operates 384 chapters nationwide with the mission "to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer 'blanketeers.'" Over two million blankets have been donated and distributed by Project Linus since the program began.

QuickRewards.net has been a proud supporter of the San Jose, CA chapter of Project Linus since 2007. Members can also choose to donate all or part of their QuickRewards earnings to Project Linus by selecting this redemption in the Cashout store.

just wanted evry one to know the deal i found on amazon i bought the kichen aid stand mixer ite the ardisan fire engine red. this models sells no less than 299.00 any where you shop. i got mine from amazon by that i mean( amazon was the seller ) fot are you ready for this 229.00 free shipping and a rebate of 20.00. to say the least i am such a happy camper. for yhose of you who like to cook click on the amazon tab on daily clicks. this is an awsome bargain. i mean you can get the smaller base model for a 199.00 if you look but not this ardisan model 5 qrt in btight red. not gonna happen been looking for this color and this model for a bargain price for a year now.

Whew! Where did yesterday go??! I remember it starting off pretty well, but then online shopping went haywire & I had some clean-up to do, by phone. Then the day just got away from me... All the stuff I had to do, originally, plus checking my online bank acct. statement frequently to see if the mess had been remedied, yet. It put a serious crimp in my fairly ambitious online shopping plans for the day, I can tell you! (((grin))) And, unfortunately, today looks no better, as my bank statement still doesn't show the updated withdrawal...

That's the down side of online shopping ~ when something goes wrong, it ties up my resources, & usually for a few days.

But let me remind myself (& anybody reading this) that I've had the same thing happen at the mall. Got home to find that a charge I'd thought had gone just fine had been magnified beyond belief, & it took 3 days of phone calls & stress to sort it out.

And at times like this it's also good to remind myself that I really do LOVE the convenience of shopping from home & having the stuff delivered. Can't beat that, especially when I can get great deals, discounts, free shipping & cash-back!
